My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were nicely done, stylish, and had good sound insulation. The bedding and amenities were sumptuous, and I appreciated the selection of complimentary refreshments. On the downside, the room I was in required going down a level on my first visit. It's a great place for a relaxing stay with the option of free cancellations.

The rooms are nicely done, stylish, welcoming, and warm, with good sound insulation. The bedding, towels, and robes were sumptuous, and there was a good selection of complimentary refreshments along with quality toiletries.
Service
9.0
The service was very helpful, friendly, and attentive. The staff even offered me a glass of prosecco upon arrival and left a lovely card with dessert bites and rose petals in the room, which was a nice touch. I felt really well taken care of and relaxed during my stay.
Location

The location is excellent, right next door to the Playhouse theatre in the heart of the city center. It's convenient for exploring the city and has plenty of dining options nearby.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was a bit disappointing for the quality of the hotel. The breakfast was quite expensive, and the avocado toast was not up to expectations. In terms of value for money, it could be improved.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were good overall. However, there were some areas that could be improved to match the quality of the hotel. The dining options were not as satisfactory, especially considering the price.

Wow, my stay at this hotel was a mix of both good and not so good experiences. The rooms were lovely, with a comfy bed, but the noise made it impossible to sleep. On the bright side, I had access to a balcony, heated towels, bathrobes, slippers, and a bathtub, unlike other hotels in the area. However, getting to my room felt like a mini workout - from reception, up via the lift to the third floor, then down to the first floor by two flights of stairs, and finally navigating a very long corridor.
