adequate stay overall
convenient location nearby tram complimentary minibar optional charge stained carpet old carpet
the location is quite convenient. proximity to both the tram and the train station is appreciable. our room included complimentary minibar items a nice little touch.
first impressions do count quite a lot. at check-in, they mentioned that service was included. it was an add-on charge and only optional. the carpets in the public areas looked old and stained.

my room included a mini-bar it was stocked well. the bathroom had two separate sinks this was useful.

inconsistent housekeeping awkward layout
The housekeeping seemed rather inconsistent . one day, i found i lacked fresh towels. Another day, the toiletries were not replenished (i had to buy my own shower gel!). also, the room's layout was a bit strange, with some awkward placements of furniture. drawers were behind doors that could not fully open. the bathroom even had a noticeable leak that created a rather unpleasant, mouldy smell.
